Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c.1910, having lean-to corrugated-iron extension to side (north-west). Pitched slate roof having timber clad eaves course, rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with chamfered stone sills, having brick block-and-start surround and rendered voussoirs to front (north-east) elevation and four-over-four pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with raised render surround to front elevation, having timber battened door with cast-iron door furniture. Located within own grounds, having rendered enclosing wall with moulded render coping and cast-iron gate.
