Hipped corrugated-iron roof having rendered chimneystack and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Battered roughcast rendered walls having roughcast rendered buttress to front elevation. Square-headed window openings with render sills and uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening having uPVC door.
