Detached three-bay-two-storey farmhouse, built c.1900, having single-bay with dormer attic addition to side (east). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and gable copings. Rendered walls having rendered plat and sill bands and quoins. Square-headed window openings with render sills throughout, having raised render surrounds. Two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation, having bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window to first floor. Square-headed door opening with raised render pilaster surround surmounted by render cornice, having glazed timber door with overlight.
