Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1900, having single-bay two-storey return to rear (west). Pitched slate roof with decorative ridge tiles, rendered chimneystacks, gable copings and uPVC rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered wall to ground floor of front elevation with roughcast rendered wall with render sill and platbands to first floor. Rendered walls elsewhere. Square-headed window openings with render sills and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows throughout, having raised render surrounds to first floor of front elevation. Square-headed door opening to front elevation having channelled render pilasters surmounted by capped consoles and cornice with decorative ridge cresting, having glazed timber door with single-pane overlight. Square-headed door opening to side (north) elevation of return, having glazed timber door. Rubble stone boundary walls with square-profile piers having rubble stone coping and single-leaf wrought-iron gate.
