Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, built c.1820, having two-bay-two-storey return and single-storey lean-to additions to rear (north) and lean-to addition to side (west). Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks, gable copings and cast-iron rainwater goods. Slate roofs to rear elevation lean-to additions. Corrugated uPVC roof to side (west) elevation lean-to. Rough-cast rendered wall to front elevation, having rendered walls elsewhere. Diminishing square-headed window openings with render sills throughout, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to front (south) elevation and first floor of side (east, west) elevations of return. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to ground floor of side (east) elevation and six-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to side (west) elevation of return. Timber casement windows elsewhere. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and blocked overlight to front elevation. Square-headed door opening with timber framed side light to rear (north) elevation of rear addition. Located within own grounds, having rendered boundary walls with square-profile gate piers having decorative render capping, single- and double-leaf wrought-iron gates.
