Detached four-bay two-storey farmhouse, built c.1880, with flat-roofed addition to side (north-west). Lean-to addition to rear (north-east). Pitched replacement artificial slate roof with artificial slate lean-to roof to rear addition, having rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Bitumen-clad flat roof to side (north-west) addition. Roughcast rendered walls with rendered plinth and quoins to front (south-west) and side (south-east) elevations. Rendered walls with plinth to rear and side (north-west) elevations of house and side (south-east) elevation of lean-to addition. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills throughout, having rendered surrounds to front elevation openings. One-over-two and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to front and rear elevations with occasional timber and uPVC casement replacements. Recessed square-headed door opening with rendered stepped approach to front elevation, having raised render surround and glazed timber door flanked by sidelights. Square-headed door opening to side (south-east) elevation of rear addition, having uPVC door. Blocked square-headed door opening to side (north-west) elevation of flat-roofed addition, now accommodating vent pipe. Later agricultural outbuildings to north and north-west. Rendered enclosing walls with render coping, rendered square-profile gate piers and wrought-iron gate to south-east.
