Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey house, built c.1780, currently disused. Single-storey conservatory porch addition to front (east). Two-storey extension to side (north), single-storey with attic extension to rear (west), recent two-storey flat roof extension to side (west) of south block. Pitched slate roofs to main blocks having cat-slide slate roof to rear extension. Lean-to slate roof to side (north) extension. Rendered eaves course to main blocks and rear extension. Roughcast rendered chimneystacks to main blocks with cast-iron rainwater goods throughout. Roughcast rendered walls, with slate hanging to front (south) and side (west) elevation of south wing with cast-iron bracing-plates to front (south) elevation and battered corner to south-east. Chamfered rendered plinth to front elevations and porch. Roughcast rendered plinth-band to front (south) elevation of south block. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills throughout, with render sills to side (north) extension and porch. Rendered surrounds to front elevations, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to main blocks and side (west) elevation of rear extension. Two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window to rear extension. Bipartite two-pane timber casement window to first floor of side (north) extension. Timber casement and fixed timber-framed windows to porch. Recent uPVC casement window to side (west) elevation of rear extension. Square-headed door openings throughout, having glazed timber doors. Four-pane overlight to door opening to interior of porch. Entrances with rendered reveals to side (north) extension, having timber battened double-leaf carriage door to front (east) elevation and timber battened door to first floor of rear (west) elevation. Associated farm yard to west, with recently renovated and extended single and two-storey outbuilding to north-west. Rubble stone gateway, comprising cast-iron double-leaf gate on square-profile piers flanked by curvilinear walls with soldier coursed rubble stone caps and coping.
