Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, built c.1840, now disused. Later lean-to extension to rear (north). Pitched artificial slate roof having rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls having sill band and roughcast render to first floor of front elevation. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and rendered reveals throughout, having two-over-two pane and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to front elevation having glazed timber door. Set within own grounds along roadside within rendered enclosing walls, having square-profile gate piers.
