Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1890, having two-storey return with lean-to additions to rear (north). Flat-roofed single-bay single-storey addition to west elevation. Pitched slate roof having exposed projecting roof beams to eaves course, rendered chimneystacks, gable copings and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings having rendered sills, two-over-two pane timber sliding sash and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening having replacement glazed timber door. Rendered enclosing walls having square-profile rendered gate piers and timber gate.
