Detached two-bay single-storey with dormer attic former school, built c.1865, now in use as private house. Four-bay double-height and two-storey to side elevations. Pitched artificial slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted and rendered walls with rendered quoins. Square-headed openings with paired one-over-one timber sliding sash windows to gabled dormers. Nine-over-nine and twelve-over-twelve timber sliding sash windows to side elevations, with chamfered render block-and-start surrounds. Pointed arch door opening with timber battened door, concrete step and chamfered render block-and-start surround.
