Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c.1820, with extension to rear (north). Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods, timber eaves course and terracotta ridge cresting. Bargeboards and finials to gables. Square-headed openings with single and paired one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed openings with timber fixed pane windows and concrete sills. Square-headed opening with timber panelled door. Gardens to rear and hedgerow boundary to front.
