Detached five-bay single-storey house, built c. 1860, having gabled porch to front (east) elevation. Hipped and pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Pitched artificial slate roof to porch. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door openings to north and south elevations of porch, having timber panelled half-glazed door to north and timber battened door to south elevation. Rendered boundary walls to site with square-profile piers to site.
