Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone and replacement render sills. uPVC casement windows throughout with replacement timber casement to stairwell window to north elevation. Blind window opening to centre of first floor to front elevation. Gable-fronted porch to west having pitched slate roof with timber battened tympanum, bargeboards and uPVC rainwater goods. Red-brick stretcher bond walls with decorative tooled limestone plinth and rendered wall to north elevation.
