Detached seven-bay two-storey house, built c.1780, having single-bay double-height outbuilding to side (south-west) and gable-fronted porch with lean-to addition to front (south-east). Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystacks, eave course, gable copings and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls throughout. Square-headed window openings with stone sills throughout, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows including occasional recent replacements. Square-headed door opening to porch, having replacement glazed timber door and glazed aluminium door to front elevation. Attached single-bay double-height outbuilding with pitched slate roof to side (south-west). Partially rendered rubble limestone walls. Square-headed ventilation openings.
