Detached three-bay two-storey gate lodge, built c.1820, currently vacant. Pitched slate roof having rendered eaves course, chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls throughout. Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills, having raised render label mouldings to front (south) elevation and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening having timber battened door.
