Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1870, having gable-fronted porch flanked by flat-roofed two-storey canted bay windows, added c.1950, to front (south-west). Extensive recent extensions rear. Pitched slate roof having timber clad eaves course, rendered chimneystack, gable copings, cast-iron rainwater goods and recent rooflights. Pitched artificial slate roof to porch. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls throughout having channelled render quoin bands to front elevation. Render sill courses to canted bays. Square-headed window openings with render sills throughout, having one-over-one pane uPVC sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to porch having uPVC door with sidelights and overlight. Concrete piers with tubular steel railings enclosing site. Accessed via rendered descending steps.
