Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods, red brick and rendered chimneystacks, render eaves course and timber bargeboards. Terracotta ridge tiling to roof and dormer windows. Lean-to canopy with timber supports. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with metal casement windows to east house and having replacement windows to west house. Render label mouldings above. Pair of square-headed openings with timber battened door to east house and replacement timber door to west house. Rubble stone boundary walls with rendered square-profile piers and wrought-iron gates.
