Detached triple-pile triple-gable-fronted double-height boathouse, built 1822, with eleven-bay east and west elevations and recent extension to west. Now disused. Mansard artificial slate roofs with dressed limestone copings and recent rooflights. Rendered walls with dressed limestone quoins, plinth course and platbands. Recent plaque to north. Square-headed openings with dressed limestone surrounds and keystones and replacement fittings. Square-headed openings to gables with dressed limestone surrounds and replacement doors. Square-headed openings to front and rear elevations with dressed limestone surrounds and metal doors. Slipway to south.
