Detached nine-bay three-storey with attic accommodation former store, built 1822, now in use as naval offices. Mansard slate roof with cut limestone parapet with dressed limestone copings, cast-iron rainwater goods, dressed limestone cornice and square-headed dormer windows. Rubble stone walls with dressed limestone quoins and plinth course. Square-headed openings to first and second floors of front elevation, to rear (west) elevation and to north and south elevations, with dressed limestone surrounds and sills and eight-over-eight and four-over-eight pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed openings with four-over-eight pane timber sliding sash windows to dormer windows. Square-headed blind openings to north and south gables with dressed limestone surrounds and sills. Round-headed openings to ground floor with dressed limestone surrounds and impost course, spoked fanlights and timber panelled half-glazed double-leaf doors, some replacement. Dressed limestone retaining wall to dock to east.
