Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1890, with gabled central projecting bay and flanking gablets to front (west) elevation. Gabled dormer windows to rear (east). Pitched artificial slate roof with overhanging eaves and rendered chimneystacks with M-plan heads. Decorative timber bargeboards to gables. Finials to gablets and front gable. Gabled dormer windows with timber bargeboards. Rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening to front with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window forming one leaf to double-leaf door. Rendered boundary walls to front with fluted rendered square-profile piers and caps. Rendered boundary wall to rear with square-headed pedestrian entrance having moulded render label moulding and cast-iron gate.
