Detached three-bay two-storey with attic accommodation house, built c. 1880, with projecting gables, gabled canopy and central gablet to front (east) elevation. Gabled bay with full-height box-bay window, gablets and bay window to rear (west) elevation. Gabled conservatory addition to north. Full-height chimneybreast to south elevation. Pitched slate roofs with fish-scale pattern course, overhanging eaves, decorative bargeboards and finials to gables, cast-iron ridge crestings and red brick chimneystacks. Red brick walls with brown brick sill and label moulding course. Red brick walls to box bay window with half-timbering. Slightly pointed arch openings with bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, that to south bay and those to ground floor with moulded red brick label moulding, that to north bay with brown brick label moulding forming part of sill course. Square-headed openings to box bay window with timber transoms and mullions and fixed timber windows. Shouldered square-headed openings to bay window with render surrounds and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Slightly pointed arch openings to rear with bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Three-centred-arched door opening with moulded brick stepped surround, timber panelled door and cut limestone step. Canopy comprising pitched slate roof with cast-iron ridge crestings and decorative carved timber bargeboard and finial, supported by circular-profile rope moulded columns with decorative caps and brackets. Rubble limestone boundary wall with square-profile red brick piers and cast-iron railings and pedestrian gate.
