Pitched slate roofs with overhanging eaves, decorative timber bargeboards with floral motifs and finials to gables, red brick irregular-plan chimneystacks with red brick cowling. Render cornices to bay windows. Red brick walls with rendered walls to basement level. Red brick and render plinth course. Red brick and brown brick string courses. Slightly pointed square-headed openings with red brick voussoirs and label mouldings and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, some bipartite. Shouldered square-headed openings to bay windows with chamfered render surrounds and having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed openings to basement with fixed timber windows. Three-centred-arch door opening with timber panelled half-glazed door, decorative stepped red brick surround, approached by flight of cut limestone steps. Canopy comprising chamfered square-profile cast-iron piers on octagonal-plan dressed limestone plinths, with decorative capitals having floral and acanthus leaf motifs, pitched slate roof with decorative bargeboard. Rubble limestone boundary walls with red brick copings and square-profile piers having yellow brick sting courses and decorative render and yellow brick caps. Cast-iron double-leaf gates.
