Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c. 1840, with flanking crenellated single-storey bays, gablets, gabled porch and square-headed dormer window to front (west) elevation. Gabled block to rear (east). Terracotta tiled roof with rendered chimneystacks, timber bargeboards and cast-iron rainwater goods. Square-headed dormer window with timber surround. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth render plinth course. Square-headed blind openings to north and south blocks. Square-headed openings to first floor with render sill course and bipartite pointed arch one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed openings to ground floor with render label mouldings and tripartite pointed arch one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows having roundels to spandrels. Pointed arch one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window to dormer window. Square-headed openings to north, south and rear elevations with bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening to porch with timber panelled half-glazed door. Rubble stone boundary wall to west.
