Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1850, with projecting south bay and recent conservatory to front (west) elevation, flat-roofed single-bay two-storey blocks to rear (east) and attached gabled outbuilding to north-east. Hipped slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and overhanging bracketed eaves. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with cut stone sills and tripartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, that to ground floor of projecting bay with two-over-two pane flanked by one-over-one pane, that to central bay having one-over-one pane. Square-headed openings to rear and north elevations with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to conservatory with recent door. Rubble stone retaining wall to front. Rendered boundary wall to rear with square-profile rendered piers with render caps and cast-iron gate.
