Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, built c.1880. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls having incised quoins. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and incised render voussoir motifs, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor and replacement timber casement windows to ground floor. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber door having incised render voussoirs motif. Single-storey outbuilding to north-east of site having pitched corrugated-iron roof and rubble stone wall. Square-headed openings with timber battened fittings. Complex fronting directly onto roadside.
