Detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1900, having recent flat-roofed porch to front (east) and recent flat-roofed extension to rear (west). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls with rendered plinth to side (north) elevation. Square-headed window openings with render sills having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to porch with glazed timber door and sidelights opening to rendered stepped approach. Single-storey outbuildings to rear having pitched slate roofs and painted rubble stone walls. Square-headed door openings with timber battened doors. Set within own grounds.
