Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1900, having square-headed windbreak to front (south) elevation and single-bay return to rear (north) elevation with hipped artificial slate roof. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with brick block-and-start surrounds and concrete sills, and two-over-two and three-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening with replacement timber panelled door. Single-bay single-storey outbuilding to west gable of house, having pitched slate roof and rubble stone walls. Rendered boundary wall with square-profile piers having replacement timber gates to vehicular and pedestrian entrances.
