Detached four-bay two-storey farm house, built c. 1800, having concrete buttresses built c. 1950 to rear (west) elevation, roofless remains of outbuilding attached to south gable, and flat-roofed two-bay single-storey extension to north-west corner. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls with render plinth. Square-headed openings throughout, having four-over-four pane timber sliding sash windows, one-over-one and two-over-two pane to ground floor rear elevation, replacement uPVC windows to ground floor front elevation and to extension. Square-headed door openings to front elevation, with stepped render surround and timber panelled door with plain overlight, and with timber battened door. Roughcast rendered garden wall with square-profile piers and wrought-iron pedestrian gates to front of house. Multiple-bay two-storey outbuilding with external staircase to east of yard, having pitched slate roof, rendered walls and square-headed openings. Two-bay single-storey outbuilding to south of house having pitched corrugated-iron roof, rendered walls and square-headed openings. Rendered boundary walls to length of driveway and site entrance, having square-profile piers with recessed roughcast rendered panels.
