Farmyard complex, built c. 1860, comprising two yards, south yard immediately north of house, north yard immediately north of south yard. Seven-bay single-storey outbuilding with two-bay gabled breakfront to west range of south yard, seven-bay single-storey outbuilding to east range of south yard, three-bay single-storey outbuilding with lean-to slate roof to south range to immediate east of house, multiple-bay two-storey outbuilding to north range, forming south range of north yard. North yard comprising three-bay single-storey outbuilding with attic accommodation and pitched corrugated sheet roof, and open sided single-storey outbuilding with hipped slate roof to east range, six-bay single-storey outbuilding with lean-to corrugated sheet roof to west range, and recent two-bay single-storey with half-dormer attic house extension with pitched artificial slate roof to east side of north elevation of central range. Single-bay single-storey outbuilding to north range of north yard with pitched corrugated-iron roof. Pitched slate roofs with red brick chimneystacks and decorative timber bargeboards to south yard, and rendered arched bellcote to east gable of north range of south yard. Rubble sandstone and limestone walls to both yards, clock with dressed sandstone voussoirs to gable of west range. Slightly pointed arch openings with dressed sandstone voussoirs, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and timber battened doors to west and east ranges of south yard. Segmental-headed carriage arch with timber battened double leaf doors to east range of south yard. Square-headed openings to north range of south yard having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows, replacement timber casement windows and timber battened doors, square-headed openings to south range with timber battened doors. Square-headed openings to north yard having timber battened doors and half doors. Segmental-arched carriage arches with red brick voussoirs to west range of north yard and to east gable of north range of north yard. Segmental-arched carriage arch with dressed stone voussoirs to north gable of outbuilding to south of east range of north yard. Square-profile dressed limestone piers with double leaf wrought-iron gates to north-east corner of south yard and to centre of east range of north yard. Wrought-iron pedestrian gate to pedestrian entrance to east gable of central range. Two-bay single-storey outbuilding to east of site, having pitched slate roof, rubble limestone walls and square-headed openings with timber fittings.
