Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1840, having two-bay flat-roofed extension to rear (south) elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills to front (north) elevation, two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window and replacement uPVC window to rear elevation, timber battened door to front elevation and half-glazed timber battened door to rear elevation. Rendered boundary wall to front of site.
