Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1830, having recent two-bay entrance porch to front (west) elevation with hipped slate roof, and lean-to outbuilding to south gable. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings throughout, having timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two pane to front, rear (east) ground floor and north gable, and one-over-one pane to rear first floor, and having timber panelled door with plain overlight to north gable. Yard to front of house with three ranges of outbuildings. Five-bay single-storey outbuilding to south range, two-bay single-storey outbuilding with attic accommodation and external staircase to west range, both having pitched slate roofs, rubble stone walls, and square-headed and segmental-headed openings with timber battened fittings. Multiple-bay open-sided single-storey outbuilding to north range with pitched corrugated-iron roof and rubble stone walls. Enclosure with rubble stone walls to west of yard, having single-bay single-storey outbuilding to exterior (west) of west wall with pitched slate roof and rubble stone walls, multiple-bay single-storey outbuilding to interior (east) of west wall with lean-to corrugated-iron roof, rubble stone walls and boundary wall with wrought-iron pedestrian gates. Rendered boundary walls to north of house and yard with wrought-iron pedestrian gate, and with square-profile piers with recent vehicular gates to yard entrance. Rubble stone boundary walls to east of house site, having cut limestone square-profile piers with double leaf wrought-iron gates forming farm entrance.
