Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1740, having single-storey lean-to extension to east elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth render plinth. Square-headed window openings with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, half-glazed timber panelled door and timber battened door to extension. Roughcast rendered garden wall to front of house with square-profile piers. Two-bay single-storey outbuilding to yard with pitched corrugated-iron roof, rendered walls and square-headed openings with timber battened fittings. Rendered square-profile piers and boundary wall to site entrance.
