Detached U-plan three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1920, having central gablet and gabled projecting porch flanked by verandah supported by carved timber columns to front (west) elevation. Flat-roofed extensions to rear. Now disused. Pitched artificial slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, terracotta finials to gablet and porch gables, decorative timber bargeboards with carved timber studs to gablet, porch gable and north and south gable-fronts. Rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Hipped pan tile roof to verandah with timber battened soffit. Roughcast rendered walls to first storey, smooth render to ground floor with dividing render stringcourse. Half-glazed porch comprising rendered walls to sill level with fixed timber framed windows above. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills and moulded render surrounds, one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to first storey, tripartite timber framed casement windows to ground floor. Segmental-headed window opening to south elevation with concrete sill and moulded render surround, having tripartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to porch with timber panelled half-glazed door. Rendered square-profile piers to site with recessed panels and render caps and having wrought-iron double-leaf gates.
