Detached three-bay two-storey house and former dispensary, built c. 1880, having recessed entrance porch to front (east) elevation and two-storey lean-to extension to rear (west). Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed window openings, tripartite to ground floor, and shouldered to first floor, with cut stone sills supported on render console brackets, and having moulded render surrounds, incorporating cornices to ground floor, and replacement timber sliding sash windows throughout. Entrance porch comprising rendered square-profile columns supporting cornice, having cut limestone steps and decorative tiled floor leading to square-headed door opening with timber panelled door with overlight and flanked by decorative sidelights with timber panelled risers. Outbuilding to rear (west) with pitched slate roof and rubble limestone walls and square-headed openings with red brick surrounds and timber fittings, having wrought-iron gate to site.
