Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, having two-storey extension to rear (south-east). Pitched slate roof with render brackets to eaves, having red brick and rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with render quoins. Moulded render string course incorporating window and door hood mouldings to ground floor. Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills throughout, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Recessed round-headed door opening within render surround to front (north-west) elevation having pilasters surmounted by consoles, margined voussoirs and cornice. Timber panelled door surmounted by single-pane fanlight opening to render steps. Square-profile rendered gate-piers with ball finials to front of site, flanked by rendered curving sweep walls terminating in square-profile piers.
