Detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1900, having porch to side (west) and flat-roofed extension to rear (south). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, uPVC rainwater goods and cast-iron downpipe. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber door. Rendered enclosing wall with square-profile gate piers to front (north) of site with wrought-iron pedestrian gate. Pitched roofed outbuilding to rear within small yard. Set within own grounds.
