Four-bay two-storey earlier house, built c.1760, attached adjoined to main building by flat roof extension. Box-bay windows to front and side (north-east) elevations. Now in use as guest house. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, eaves course and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls to house with raised render sill bands to first floor. Square-headed window openings with render sills and uPVC casement windows. Square-headed window openings to box-bay windows having render sills and wrought-iron casement windows. Round-headed door opening to side (north-east) elevation having glazed wrought-iron French door with fanlight.
