Detached double gable-fronted three-bay single-storey former gate lodge, built c. 1860, having pitched roof return to and two-bay extension to south and two-bay flat-roofed extension to west elevation of return. Single-bay pitched-roof extension to south of flat-roofed extension. Now in use as house. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge crestings. Pitched and hipped tiled roofs to extensions. Rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with chamfered rendered sills, bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to side and rear elevations and uPVC windows to west elevations of extensions. Square-headed opening to front elevation with timber battened door. Square-headed opening to east gable with replacement uPVC door. Rendered boundary wall with square-profile rendered piers and wrought-iron pedestrian gate. Vehicular site entrance to west with red brick sweep walls, red brick square-profile piers and wrought-iron double-leaf gates.
