Detached three-bay two-storey farm house, built c. 1890, with single-bay single-storey outbuilding attached to west gable. Now disused. Pitched artificial slate roof with brick chimneystacks, render coping and ridge capping. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with rubble stone walls to rear (north) and side elevations. Square-headed openings to front (south) elevation with two-over-two pane timber siding sash windows. Square-headed openings to rear elevation with red brick voussoirs and one-over-one and six-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening to front elevation with timber battened door and overlight. Outbuilding to west with pitched artificial slate roof, rubble stone walls and square-headed opening.
