Detached single-storey former gate lodge, built 1954, now in use as ambulance station. Flat roof with oversailing timber eaves. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with steel fixed and casement windows, arranged in three sets of three across full width of front (south) elevation, and to south ends of east and west elevations. Square-headed half-glazed steel door to west elevation. Stone clad boundary walls with rendered copings and metal railings and gates to site entrance.
