Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c.1900. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with render sills, having one-over-one pane margined timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber door.
