Detached eight-bay single-storey vernacular former farmhouse, built c.1800, comprising four-bay breakfront to front (north-east) elevation, with two and three-bay flanking blocks to sides (north-west, south-east). Currently in use as outbuilding. Pitched corrugated-iron roof with rendered chimneystack. White washed rubble stone walls having concrete block repairs to south-east gable. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and timber battened shutters. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door. Fronts directly onto street with farmyard to rear (south-west).
