Detached three-bay single-storey house, built c. 1860, having flat-roofed single-bay porch to front (south) elevation. Pitched corrugated-iron roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening with timber panelled door and sidelight to porch, flanked by decorative dashed render panels. Single-storey outbuilding to north of yard having pitched corrugated-iron roof with rendered walls and square-headed openings. Single-storey outbuilding to east of yard having single-pitched corrugated-iron roof with rendered walls and square-headed door opening. Rendered piers and curved walls to site entrance.
