Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c.1940, with flat roof extension to rear (east). Pitched pantile roof with rendered chimneystacks and copings with uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with render sills, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to end bays and tripartite window with central six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows and three-over-three pane flanking sliding sash sidelights. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber door. Set within own grounds enclosed by rendered wall with square-profile gate piers.
