Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, built c.1800, having gable-fronted porch to front (east) elevation. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystack and eaves course. Render gable copings to porch. Rendered walls with plinth and sill band to ground floor, roughcast rendered walls to first floor having rendered panels, sill and platbands. Square-headed window openings with render sills and render surrounds, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows, some one-over-one pane timber sliding sash and fixed timber framed replacements. Square-headed door opening to porch having replacement timber battened door. Group of three single- and two-storey rubble stone outbuildings to east having pitched corrugated-iron and slate roofs. Square-headed window openings to northern building having stone sills. Square-headed door openings throughout having stone and timber lintels. Rubble stone enclosing walls with replacement wrought-iron gates.
