Detached four-bay two-storey parochial house, built c. 1900, having porch to front and two-bay single-storey lean-to addition to south gable. Single-bay two-storey return to rear having single-bay single-storey lean-to additions to north and east elevations. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Pitched slate roof to return with rendered chimneystack, flat roof to porch and artificial slate roofs to lean-tos. Painted rendered walls, with rendered quoins to front corners. Square-headed window openings with replacement uPVC windows, and painted render sills. Carved timber porch with painted rendered plinth walls and fixed glazed upper structure comprising chamfered transoms and mullions demarcating two-pane segments. Square-headed door opening to porch having paned overlight and timber panelled door flanked by recessed timber panels with incised cross motifs. Painted rendered square-profile piers to front boundary, with render caps and decorative cast-iron gate, set in painted rendered boundary walls with render copings and decorative cast-iron railings. Adjoined by gateway to grounds of Catholic church.
