Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c. 1820, facing east, having canted bay to north end of front continuing through roof and having spire, square-plan porch to middle bay of front elevation, two-storey box-bay to south gable, lower three-bay two-storey block continuing south elevation westwards and having canted-bay window to east end and recent conservatory to west end, further two-storey canted-plan bay to west, recent two-storey addition to angle of house plan, with lean-to addition to its front, and with single-bay single-storey addition to north gable of main block. Pitched slate roofs to main block and to three-bay south block, spired to canted bays and hipped to rear and north extensions and to porch, with rendered chimneystacks and having timber bargeboards to gables of main block, with finials to spired roofs. Roughcast rendered walls, with plinth to porch. Square-headed mainly double and triple window openings, formerly having casement windows, now with replacement uPVC windows, and with cut limestone sills. Segmental-headed door and round-headed window openings to ground floor of two-storey canted bay to west. Box-bay to south has moulded cornice to ground floor window. Square-headed door opening to porch having timber panelled door with limestone threshold and paving. Multiple-bay two-storey outbuilding to west having pitched corrugated-iron roof, roughcast rendered stone walls and square-headed openings, some with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and timber battened doors and pitching door, and segmental-arched vehicular entrances with dressed limestone voussoirs. Single-bay single-storey outbuilding to north having pitched corrugated-iron roof, painted rubble limestone walls and square-headed openings with four-pane fixed timber window and timber battened double-leaf doors. Further outbuilding to west is multiple-bay and single-storey with pitched slate roof and rubble limestone walls, with wall vents and square-headed door openings.
