Detached three-bay single-storey former labourer’s cottage, built c. 1890, having lean-to outbuilding to south gable. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows with painted stone sills. Square-headed door opening with limestone plinths and timber battened door. Rendered boundary walls with rendered piers and caps having cast-iron double-leaf gate to site. Set back slightly from the road.
