Detached three-bay two-storey house with attic, built c. 1820, having two-bay elevations to sides, and flat-roofed porch to front. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and having dormer window to rear. Rendered walls, with render quoins and string course to front elevation. Square-headed window openings having limestone sills, front elevation having ornate render surrounds and replacement uPVC windows, and rear elevation having mainly timber sliding sash windows, one round-headed margined one-over-one pane and others square-headed and two-over-two pane and six-over-six pane. Porch comprising engaged Doric-style render pilasters to corners, with replacement uPVC window to front, and round-headed openings to sides, with render surround having keystones and Doric-style pilasters flanking timber panelled door to east with glazed overlight and similar blind opening to west. Courtyard of two-storey outbuildings to rear comprising five-bay north range, two-bay east range with recent two-bay single-storey lean-to to east elevation, and seven-bay west range. Corrugated-iron roofs, pitched to north and east buildings and hipped to west, with rubble limestone walls, and square-headed window openings with mainly timber fittings. North building has timber battened loading door to first floor and segmental-arched vehicular entrance now partially blocked and having brick voussoirs and metal doors. West outbuilding has brick voussoirs to doorways with corrugated-iron doors and segmental-arched vehicular entrance with brick voussoirs and metal doors.
