Detached two-bay single-storey former gate lodge, built c. 1810, having two-bay single-storey flat-roof extension to north. Now in use as private house. Hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and rendered chimneystack. Painted rendered walls with render plinth course and with decorative render course to eaves comprising trefoil swag with foliate consoles. Square-headed window openings having render label-mouldings, sills and replacement timber casement windows. Square-headed entrance doorway with render label-moulding and ornate timber panelled door.
